(Q). I Cannot view The VideoTour, I just get a blank box or I can only hear
the music but cannot see the video?
(A). You must install the latest player from Adobe, click on the button
below to install, installation takes just seconds.
(Q). The VideoTour plays a bit choppy or it starts and stops?
(A). Video takes up bandwidth, you must be on high speed. If you are
on high speed perhaps other computers in the office or home are
also sharing the connection at the same time. Once the VideoTour
has finished playing it will be "cached" onto your harddrive and will
now play direct from your computer without any problems.

(A). Watch the video presentation that expains in detail how to upload
a VideoTour to YouTube. You will need to download the VideoTour
from our server to your computer first, call or email us for the link.
