VideoListings.ca retains the right to all media captured, be it video, stills or other, and can use the media for marketing or other non-malicious purposes.

VideoTours will remain on our servers for a period of 1 year, VideoTours can be removed from the server sooner as requested by listing agent or home owner.

All payments are due upon receipt of invoice. We reserve the right to terminate or temporarily remove the VideoTour from the server due to non or late payment.

If the property listed is sold during the VideoListing term just contact us and we will mark the listing as sold.

The prices quoted  are for the following areas, North to Newmarket, East to Oshawa and West to Mississauga.

We reserve the right to remove agents  from our website after 6 months of inactivity.
