What a great sale! This one was particularly satisfying, as the larger units can be tough. The identical unit on the North end had sat on the market for close to a year, and over 2 months at the same price of $519,900, and finally sold in late January. When you consider it had two lockers, compared to one for this unit, you could even say it had an advantage over ours. But we managed to get ours sold quickly, which is exactly what my clients wanted.
 
 But the best part of the story is that the buyer already lived in the building! So by sending out those annoying Open House announcements, I was able to find someone who already knew how great the building was, and who just wanted a bit more space. Given that I was going to get to sell his place, I made some adjustments to my commission for everyone involved just to make the deal happen.
